We are a UK based company specifically providing comedy entertainment by Kevin Daniel. You agree to the terms of this policy when you use this site and when you submit information to it.

Registration data

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

Purchase data

We collect and store personal data relating to any purchases you make on our website. This is required for us to fulfil your order, complete our contract, and provide other customer services.

Payment data

If you purchase anything from our website, your payment details are handled by our payments processor. Details of the payment processor are provided in the Third Parties section below. Our payment processor adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” and is GDPR compliant.

Comments

When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Where spam is detected or potentially present, we will use the data provided to prevent abuse of our servers and our website.

Contact form

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Redcentaur. 

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

Google Analytics

We use a plugin to display our Instagram feed on our site. The version we use collects no personal data.

Youtube

If you experience difficulties accessing or using our website and send us a support request, we may forward your details to our supplier, Redcentaur to investigate further and to provide you with additional support. Their use and processing of your data will be entirely related to providing that support and will be anonymised once the support request has been completed. Payment processor (via WooCommerce)

We use a payment processor to provide a secure payment method for our merchandise. Further details will be provided here once this has completed development.

7. How long we retain your data for

When you submit a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognise you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. Security measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This provides a high level of encryption for our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information cannot be captured/hijacked by third parties without authorisation.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all necessary steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

General rights

If you have a registered account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us.

11. Release of your data for legal purposes

At times it may become necessary or desirable to Kevin Daniel Comedy, for legal purposes, to release your information in response to a request from a government agency or a private litigant.
