Biography
Born in Glasgow, Kevin relocated to work in England in 2000. As an audience member at a comedy show during the 2019 Leicester Comedy Festival, Kevin saw a flyer promoting a “stand up comedy course” the rest as they say is history.
Kevin performed his first 5 min set on 13th June 2019. Since then he has quickly moved through the ranks within the UK comedy scene progressing very quickly from open spots and gong shows, to paid work with established comedy promoters. He has now cemented himself as one of the hottest up and coming acts on the comedy circuit. Working regularly with established comedy promoters across the UK, his commanding stage presence, relatable exquisite storytelling, likeable character, charm and keen eye for a joke, always leave audiences wanting more.
Kevin has performed at many prestigious comedy clubs including, The Frog and Bucket, Hot Water, The Stand, Glee Club, Just The Tonic, Blackpool Comedy Station, Buzz Comedy, Comedy Hot Spots, The Hull Comedy Lounge, Funhouse Comedy, Big Deal Comedy, The Comedy Cow, Jokes On Us, ROFL, Proper Funny Comedy, RockCentral Promotions and many others across the UK.
He has also supported Fiona Allen (2023), Nathan Caton (2022) and Jack Gleadow (2021) on their UK tours.
In both 2022 and 2023 Kevin reached the semi finals of the British Comedian Of The Year.
Kevin performed his first work in progress show, “FREEDOM”, in 2023 to sold out rooms at the Leicester and Glasgow Comedy Festivals and he was mentioned in Chortle’s ones to watch list.
In 2024 he debuted his first full hour show “What’s The Worst That Can Happen,” selling out both shows at the Leicester Comedy Festival. In 2024 Kevin also won the prestigious Silver Stand Up Competition at the Leicester Comedy Festival.
