One of the fastest rising acts on the comedy circuit, Kevin has gone from open spots to full paid weekend spots in lightening fast time, with a great ability to read the room and incorporate callbacks to things that happened earlier in the night.
Kevin is a very assured, very confident and very funny comedian. His stage presence is already at the levels of top pro comics who have been gigging for years. His material is polished and very well delivered and he read the room well to ensure he got the best from his audience. A very impressive performance, and I for one will be booking him regularly moving forward.
A very established act, with a strong set. He stepped up on one of my nights where he was doing a middle. The closer couldn’t make the gig. Kevin went back on and had a wonderful gig, would highly recommend to other promoters.
Kevin did a middle 20 for me on a Saturday night in Blackpool and he absolutely ripped it. He did a great job, with a solid 20. It won’t be too long before Kevin sees progression, so well worth booking.

Kevin was a real crowd pleaser and by speaking very quickly he managed to get out 15, or possibly almost 20 minutes of material in 10. He hit the room like a tornado. What he might have missed out on by not leaving room for laughs, he gained by the sheer amount of impetus he built up. KD dealt firmly with a shout out in the first few seconds and never had to worry about another one for his whole performance. His callback to Mike’s early compering concerning Rolls Royce were superb and very much of the moment. This whole performance was a joy to watch and whilst Kevin, as a perfectionist, might find some fault somewhere in what he did, he went down a storm and was the stand out winner of the heat.

The last time I saw KD, I was tempted to leave the review at just one word – Wow and tonight was much the same. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone go from gong show to headlining so quickly. As well as being very funny and well balanced, this was a very astute performance from KD. He could have given the audience his established club twenty, which would have gone down a treat. However, he made the most of this time, by showing Mike and the room a totally different twenty. This was a great use of the time and there was nothing in this set that I didn’t enjoy. Angus was great, cats and dogs solid, shopping very relatable, as was the closing routine. This was a magnificent performance.
