July is not just a Mundy song that you’ll be sick of hearing by now, it’s also a month for comedy in Kilkenny. And where better to get your comedy in Kilkenny than at the Kilkenny Comedy Club? Nowhere better, that’s where!
This month we’ve got a stalwart of the Irish comedy scene Colm O’Regan as your headliner. Support comes from Scottish comic Kevin Daniel making his KCC debut and we’ve also got the return of the hilarious Allie O’Rourke and Senan McAllorum!
Colm O’Regan has performed all over the world, including being a regular at Kilkenny’s Cat Laughs Festival. His numerous TV appearances include RTÉ’s Late Late Show and Comedy Central.
Winner of the Leicester Comedy Festival’s Silver Stand Up competition Kevin Daniel is one of the hottest UK acts right now. He’s performed at many comedy clubs across the UK, including Blackpool Comedy Station, The Stand, Glee Club, Just The Tonic,
Making a welcome return to Kilkenny, Allie O’Rourke has gigged across Ireland, the UK and the USA, performing at festivals such as the Cat Laughs Comedy Festival, Paddy Power Comedy Festival, Electric Picnic and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Senan McAllorum was shortlisted for BBC’s Newcomer of the Year Award in 2023. His infectious energy has seen him rise up the ranks of Irish comedy quickly.
