Moran’s career took off in 1996 with his victory at the prestigious Perrier Award at the Edinburgh Fringe. He continued to impress, winning the Theatre Chortle Award for best tour in 2012.
He is perhaps best known for co-writing and starring in the critically acclaimed Channel 4 sitcom “Black Books,” which garnered him two BAFTAs. But his success extends beyond this iconic show. Moran boasts a prolific career in television and live performances, consistently captivating audiences with his wit and charm.
Movie fans will recognize him from his roles in popular films like “Shaun of the Dead,” “Run Fatboy Run,” and “Notting Hill.”
